It's not Jake's Fault

OH MY... Not Jake's fault? Yes this is a team effort and when your QB rating in 3 separate games is BELOW 35, you have a BIG problem. Jake has had through the years a safety valve in Steve Smith who out fought most going up for Jakes up in the air, under thrown passes. Steve adapted to Jakes crap and caught many un-catchable passes. Watch footage and you will see that 80% of his passes are NOT on target.

I am impressed with sylvianlight as she has pointed out the problem on the other side of the ball. Gamble and Lukus are backup players at BEST. Gamble was at the top for tackles in the secondary..... THAT IS NOT a good thing as he should be STOPPING them from catching passes. I want to see the stat for how many catches were caught against Lukus and Gamble. THEY need to go! QB's threw in their area many times after the mid point of the season and for a good reason. Their % of pass stops MUST be low.

I heard Peppers yesterday, and he sounded like he is looking around for a team that will help him get that ring. With Jake, Ken, and Chris, he'll have a better chance looking in a cracker jack box. IF the management does NOT make a commitment to go after some better players, then we will lose Peppers, and some others up for contract.

FOX in my opinion, has 1 more year at best to take them to the big dance. AND maybe if the start is bad, 5 games.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
