Went to see Inception last night. Walked out after 5 minutes.

Wife and i went to see the movie (not in CLT). During the preview of the new Ben Affleck movie, i noticed that i couldnt understand a word being said. All i could hear was the sound track. I was hoping it was just a problem with the sound of the preview....sure enough it wasnt.

Inception started and whenever there was an action scene or music was being played, you couldnt hear any dialog.

Im a definite theater snob, but my wife looked and me and agreed it was impossible to follow. We got up and left. furious. no, i didnt get my money back but i let them know it was ridiculous. Have no clue how anyone could follow it, but at the time we were the only ones who left.

And last night we had a free baby sitter. So, by the time we actually see this movie, it will have cost us about $75

      Don't have to be miss cleo. His weakness are length, athleticism, creating his own shot, defense, finishing at the rim,  Strengths - shooting and IQ.   Likely won't work as non athletic shooters don't typically work.

      I live in Indiana and took a trip that weekend to watch my two friend's teams play (Chiefs and Vikings) IN Minnesota when they were playing at a college field, I think TCF? Anyways, our plan was to watch the game (noon game) then do some shopping at the Mall of America, I wasn't planning on watching the Panthers play Seattle since I was out sight seeing and walking around after the noon game had ended. By the time we were walking back into the Mall the Panthers were down by 2 scores in the 4th or going into the 4th and we were all thirsty from walking around for 2.5 hours after the Vikings game so we decided to postpone shopping until after we ate. We found this nice little sports bar inside the mall that had the game on. Man, I'm so glad we skipped shopping because that was probably the most excited I've been in some time for a win. Beating Seattle in 2015 felt like the "monkey off the back" sort of feeling and I knew we had finally arrived as a team. The entire bar erupted when Cam hit Olsen for that walk off TD. Literally one of the greatest moments of my life. My friend wasn't so happy though lol, by the time the Panthers game ended ALL of the stores inside the mall had closed and he wasn't able to get any souvenirs. It was his first time watching a Vikings game live and making a trip like that so he was legit upset lol. I on the other hand couldn't have been happier.
