Ohio State cancels practice due to excessive heat in the 90's.

And they wonder why the Big Ten is laughed at by the SEC and WCU.

Nebraska willingly joined this conference of slow pussies?

Well in fairness, maybe if the SEC weren't in the heat so much Alabama might have spelled Mississippi right on their tickets this year.

Way to keep the stereo type alive Bama!

When I went to UK, all the people who came down from Ohio, Indiana and Illinois talked about how the attractive women up there were scarce. Now compare Kentucky to Florida.

Me and a couple buddies drove up to Cincinnati this past weekend for the Reds/Marlins series. We stayed over in Covington, KY and went to all three Reds games. In three days we saw one hot girl and she was throwing out free t-shirts at the game. The rest were 300lb. behemmoths that bitched about how Skyline is not putting enough cheese on their connies nowdays.

When the BCS National Championship game is up north, we'd be glad to come.

I can't disagree.

I don't understand the fear people have of playing an outdoor sport....outdoors, in inclement weather.

So the NFC and AFC championship games can be played in cold and snow, but somehow the superbowl (which frequently isn't as good a game as either of the champ games) HAS to be played in some warm happy place?

Grow a pair.

Same for the BCS game and any other bowl game.

You built for speed? Great. C'mon up and grind it out with us. See how that works out. I'm willing to bet perhaps the lopsided appearances will quickly drop away.
