As I said to another poster most changes have been limited to the pro personnel side.

Last year around this time we fired the director and assistant director of pro scouting and a senior personnel executive "retired".

Beyond that over the last few years or so we have moved around or promoted some people here and there in the college scouting dept but there have been no major firings or wholesale changes on that side of the operation. Which some here could and would rightfully argue is long overdue given that our drafts have been either mediocre or awful for a long time now.
