Rookie W.R'S that you wanted us to draft

I really wanted us to grab Tate and finally take of the WR position. He definitely would have made us more dangerous. I think the FO is hoping that Edwards pans out to be that type of player though.

Tate is buried in the depth chart at Seattle. Not sure if he is any better than LaFell or even Moore/Gettis at this point. He is not lighting it up. Only time will tell.

Well I wanted Steve Smith not Jarrett.

Golden Tate not Clausen.

Jordan Shipley not Edwards.

All because none of these guys were projects. They all could come in and play there role. No waiting required.

But then again I wanted Addi over Williams

and I wanted Otah in place of Stewart.

I agree with the Tate and Shipley, but if we could have gotten Gilyard I would have been super happy as well

    • It is heretical language to some.  We casual types can say it, we are just dumb. When Cosell says it they probably go looking for their pacifiers and blankies.  Second consecutive week he dished that out.  I wonder what it will be on the review this week.
    • I love how everyone is acting so surprised by this, it's actually pretty comical that it's a shock to anyone. This is how it is in ALL sports.  It's the same reason we were in tight games last year against teams like KC and Philly.   I'll bet the same people surprised by this right now are the same ones who thought those games were the proof that Bryce was legit and this team wasn't far from being in contention. Teams have down weeks, whether it happens because they're playing a weak opponent so don't think they need to take the week as serious or because a team just got too big headed after a good streak of games/wins, it just happens. There have been very few teams who have ever been 100% locked in every week, you're talking about 2007 Patriots or 95-96 Bulls type of teams there. Hell, just look at the Bills this week, there was no reason for them to lose that game and they got blown out.  But sure, we're the franchise with the culture problems because a few guys got their head over their skis this past week.
    • TBH, we won't know unless they say or some people get benched. It's pointless to even speculate. The greater point is that the coaching staff is allowing it to happen. So much for a "Leadership Council."
