should be benched. Going into his 3rd year.....still plays the exact same way he did his rookie year. Martin is solid. Just like he looked his rookie year. Pugh needs a shot.

No need to respond about his play after his injury last year b/c all he did was fool people with FFs. His coverge was horrible last year. His open field tackling was horrible last year......just like year one and just like today.

he generated FF's. After his return, he showed no improvement in his coverage and was still always out of position. But people like turnovers and hard hits....therefore they decided that since he did that he was getting better at all the stuff he sucks at. He didn't. This is and has always been the same kid from 08

There are plenty of people who, despite Gofrey two interceptions in this game, know he did bad. Rightfully so, he did.

But if that's true, that mean numerous people also saw more then FF's to judge him on wether he did well last year.

The only evidence you have provided, is what you saw and belive from last year. Yet there were other posters, webistes etc who also saw improvment basing there opinon on the very same source. So how are they automatically wrong and your right, when there based on the same source?

Some of you just look for something to complain about. you complain about chris harris, then hes gone, you complain about him being gone insert godfrey he has a good game, we cheer, he effs up, hes a bum. bring back harris (who has done nothing). give it a rest

Godfrey needs to be the QB back there. If he is the lost puppy running around in traffic, who is calling coverages? You saw the results. Every time there was confusion, Godfrey was involved.

I say Godfrey has 1 week to get his act together. Then I would bench him. Start getting Pugh ready. Hudson would be better as well.

Like I said, it isn't a kneejerk reaction....at least for me. I have consistantly said this about Godfrey on this board since 2008.
