Fans of Players vs Fans of the Team

A lot of these 'new members' joined because of their fanboyism over certain players. Clawsome2 and others like him, are pretty much trolls... He hasn't been on the board since Moore was named the starter.

Do you welcome these fans or are they just indeed trolls?

Well, originally I ended it with "punk ass" but then removed it so it wouldn't be considered smack. Perhaps we can make it a thread about fans of players vs. fans of the team?

If it's moved to smack, I could see why, although I don't think it'll get much action lol.

Didn't say that either. Those guys are just as dumb. I just don't like that people join this board for the sole purpose of trolling and spamming the poo out of everyone with their reasons as to why 'their guy' is a the answer.

I agree, I wish I didn't have to come on here to read countless "Stuck by MM," "MM=Leader and God," "MM makes me erect" threads every day. I enjoyed the Huddle better when we discussed play calls and not "Did it look like Matt got his teeth cleaned?" The worship of a guy wih a 57 QB rating, a 1-2 record is like adolescent girls with Twilight.

Exactly. It seems the win brought us more back to discussions about playcalling rather than the deja vu of BJDJS vs Weinkeites in the Soulpatch vs Pickles beef that was going on lately.

If a mod could change the title to what I titled the 1st post, I would appreciate it then... I wasn't intending it to be smack, rather a discussion about that particular poster and members of the like and its negative effect on the board.

Really you are seeing things. People never thought Moore as a Elite QB and people dont worship him. Its all in your mind, If there was any worshipping it was on Clausen.

I'd personally like to discuss some things like more PA calls, awful run blocking, things like that but I know they'll get hijacked with "Doesn't matter as long as Matt's at QB we're the best!"
