I have 2 friends that have it. (1 really has it so bad that he can't walk when it hits.)

Supposedly this helps:

Drink a whole glass of pure black cherry juice at least once a day. Black cherry juice contains antioxidants which promote joint health, improve blood circulation and reduce joints inflammation.

In a glass, mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons of raw honey and drink once daily. It's supposed to balance your pH levels to lower the levels of uric acid.

I'll be happy to trade you ailments though. I'll take your Gout and you can have my wheelchair! LOL

I am recovering from a bout right now. Since I started with the Cherry juice, also drink Bilberry juice, my attacks are much more mild.

nothing hurts like an attack of gout.

      Why would you even compare him to those guys. Yea he's been over paid but also received a lot of hate . The dude had 8 straight seasons of 25+tds and 3500+ passing yards, a few 30+tds and 4k passing yards sprinkled in, while switching teams during that span. Fitzpatrick has one season of 25 td passes or more and no 4k passing seasons. The mccowns are laughable.

      Upgrade at the 4/5 and you achieve both. I love Moose and Miles but would love them coming in with Coby off the bench. If they can somehow draft Yaxel and Mara that might actually be feasible at some point next year. I also think there are some options in Free Agency - packaging Green, Grant, Mann, and picks could net us an upgrade at one of the Bigs.  But either way, we need more SIZE.
