i don't think so and i don't think it's wrong to pull for them to lose out the season...as long as it results in us being able to get a guy that we can build the team around for the next 1-15 years and will get us a couple rings.

I don't even think the CBA will have much weight in it....

I think the CBA will have everything to do with it. If there is real concern that the 2011 season will be lost due to no CBA by the time college players have to declare for the NFL, then there is a big chance that Luck will stick around for another year at Stanford rather than risk not being able to get on the field for an entire year...and not even getting a paycheck to make it worth his while. Of course, he could decide to stay either way, but if there is no CBA in sight, then the chances of him declaring will drop significantly.
