Hey guys. I'm a Panthers and Bobcats/Hornets fan. I was born in Charlotte and have lived here my whole life.

I've been just reading threads on the Huddle for a while now but just decided to make an account and contribute with my fellow Huddlers.

I look forward to many great discussions!

Hi all, Panthers fan born and bred in England UK :)

I spent a year out from my university and went to USA 8 years ago. I had 3 choices of universities to exchange at: Grand Valley Michigan, Kansas City or UNCC. I made the right choice in UNCC and was once offered a ticket to a game. I've been hooked since.

I've been back in the UK since but still keep up with the Panthers. For some reason I've only just bothered to find this site, stupid as I always delve deep for an understanding of what's going on. I support a soccer team here and need that deeper view of what's going on, rather than simply ask "why is our budget so small? Why don't we move to a new stadium? Let's demand the owner/president to sell up so someone rich takes over!".

I've been to a few of the International Series games here and while they're fantastic days for getting drunk alongside fans of every other NFL team (mostly US-expats) I'd rightly be annoyed if one of my soccer team's home league games was moved to a different country, even if I'd love the trip. Besides, the prices have been ridiculously high!

I'll quit waffling on before I start sharing photos of distant relatives and what I had for breakfast, and just want to say hi :) This is a popular forum and I'm thick-skinned, so I look forward to arguing or drunkenly agreeing with you all :)

Hey Panther Fans.  I'm the radio host of a show on AM 560 in Columbia, SC.  For you fans in SC that don't get enough Panthers talk please bring it to my show on 560.  It's on 1-3 Monday-Friday.  I try and bring up as much Panther news as I can on the show, but of course being in Columbia, SC you are going to get lots of Gamecock & Tiger stuff.

I read this site a good bit for Carolina news and if one of the owners or employees of this site would like to come on the show as a guest please feel free to contact me.  Especially with draft time coming up I'd love to have a regular Panther guest.

I know in South Carolina at times the Panthers don't get the love the should have, but I hope to change that with my show.

I grew up a Packer fan(there were no Panthers back then), but have always supported Carolina and will continue to do so.  Had a Panther polo in studio today.

To the point: Panther fan since inauguration, from collins to peete, biakabatuka, to testaverde arriving days before his start to a new team, from gamble to mills and on to weinke to beurlein to delhomme, somehow I think dante calebria made an appearance in there lol, to that fruit basket from notre dame and to our current quarterback we have to currently design the short bus offense for and finally to our diaper dandy of football, in his 3rd year the best player our franchise has ever had and the peyton Manning of defense luke keuchly....im a panther fan till I die

Hey guys. As you can see, I'm a steelers fan. However, much love to the panthers. I do like them, and live in North Carolina. I'm planning on going to the Panthers vs. Steelers week 3 game. I'm trying not to spend a ton of money, but still want to get a nice seat. So, anybody who's been to a panthers game, any advice?

The only advice I can give is "don't be a dick". Apply that to your entire time in and around (read: within a 10 mile radius) the stadium and you'll have a good time.

Also, Church street. Burger joint called American Roadside. If you're not tailgating (or are and don't feel like cooking or buying something else), eat there. It's my tradition when I get to go to a game now.

    • Maybe a bit of a homer take but I can't give us a grade lower than A.   Freeling was arguably the best LT prospect in the draft.  His athletic ability is off the chart and at 6'7" that can move.  It was a no brainer pick.   Hunter's key word is Violence. Putting him next to Brown should scare an offensive coordinator. These two give Scourton and Phillips plenty of chances to get one on one opportunities. Brazzell, another tall receiver with sprinter speed.  Our WR room is filled with tall talented WR.  Brazzell is going to give us a WR that can take to roof off the defense.  Basically Jimmy Horn with size. W. Lee III has a nickname of the Blanket. (heard this on the Beleav podcast with J. Stewart)  What a great name.  A great value in the 5th round. Hecht A strong, fast and extremely smart center. Many had him listed as the best center in the draft.  He's most likely a starter sooner than later. Wheatley A good safety in round 5.  Someone who could see playing time.   Kuwatch  I love this pick.  At minimum he will be a key piece on special teams and with some good coaching he'll see some packages where he'll play.  His down piece is he doesn't stay up in the running game.  Good coaching will fix this.  He reminds me a bit of A.J. Klein.   All these picks were great value.  I believe everyone of them were graded higher than the pick we took them.   Dan Morgan is IMO doing a great job turning this team into a good team with great depth.
    • Moton is a class act.
    • Sure, that is possible. That’s what, an extra 55 yards a game on average and 7 more TDs? What if he’s just 15th?  I imagine they would extend him in that situation due to the belief that he’ll keep trending up. maybe a 3 year contract to prove he can be top 10? Sounds like a Tepper plan.
