Just a statistic suggesting it, but for those watching this horrid team, DJ is the bright spot. Extremely disappointed Wallace and Jack called out DJ for not being more aggressive or being a leader recently. That is their job and they are out of line. Was glad to hear Larry Brown immediately disagree with those comments.

The fact that DJ is playing the way he is on a bad team that's underachieving is even more impressive to me. If Wallace and a few others on the team would step their game up and if the team in general would start knocking down shots from the perimeter, DJ's stats would be even better.

Played toe to toe with Chauncey Billups tonight. Not that impressive though, he's been hanging with the best of them all season.

"We have a lot of confidence in (DJ) and not comparing him to anybody. We want him to be the best player for (@bobcats)" #StephenJackson

Very well ran team with great personnel, glad to hear this after the other comments.

A PG doesn't need to be mouthy or have extra swagger to be a good NBA PG. At times he can get in a jam and commit a turnover, and his shooting is streaky, he's either on fire or ice cold. But his demeanor is even-keel, and he doesn't seem to let pressure bother him.

Looking at his A-to-TO ratio, and knowing how many shots the Bobcats miss, I know the sky is the limit for DJ. I'm a fan.

Yeah I think they said he was tied with Chris Paul and Jose Calderon for tops in the league at that stat.

Yeah Rondo is not too vocal, at least not early on his career. And look where he is.

I don't think it's right for Wallace to call out Augustin for leaderships skills. Of course he will never be Felton in terms of being vocal and probably never will. It's just not in his personality.

Jackson and Wallace have to lead in terms of being vocal.

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
