If we were to trade Luck (essentially that is what we would do if we traded the first pick), I would want an outstanding deal. It wouldn't matter if the 49ers had the 2nd overall and wanted to trade, because Luck is far beyond the other players in this draft.

Give me nothing less than:

1st

2nd

3rd

Any extra pick they may have in the first three rnds

1st next year

2nd next year

Clausen needs the benefit of the doubt, so I would demote him to the #3 QB and let him compete with Pike. I would bring in a veteran QB or two if Luck is not there. I might take Locker if he drops to the third round.
