Most classes you've had in 1 day?

When I was in college, for 2 semesters straight I structured my class schedule so I only had classes on M, W & F. It was a 15 hour schedule each time. I initially thought I would be that much more efficient having all of that time to do homework and poo... I was quite wrong.

I did party my ass off though

I had 5 classes and one lab from 7-5 Tuesdays are Thursdays. I also volunteered for many reasons most of them school related on Friday nights for a few hours. I was also in a coalition which met before Friday nights. I'd work 7 AM to Noon, head straight to school and get off 10 at night. This was added to Tuesdays and Thursdays schedule and a 30 hour work week, 40 hour if you include the two hour breaks in between small shifts.

That was last semester. I learned my lesson and this semester I am not doing poo and I don't care. College can be great for ANY phase of your life. I learned so much more going back for my double major, as a young adult in my later years. I honestly can't say which was more fun. When you're young it's different, you don't learn a lot you just socialize. When you're older you realize the importance of it and take advantage of it from that perspective.

I was going to go onto maybe 6 years if I can financially find a way for it but maybe Law school. I will always be going to classes trying to learn new things, even part time or small miscellaneous poo at CPCC/UNCC, I enjoy learning.

    • Jake, to me, will always hold a special place in my heart.  I really feel like for his era, he deserved way more love than he got, and should’ve had more than his one Pro Bowl.  He was a gamer with an underrated rocket arm. but let me tell you, after his Tommy John surgery, when he came back, I can’t remember who it was against, but it think it was a division game, he threw a ball that was supposed to be a throw away, as I think he was under pressure, and that poo floated forever and died right at the boundary where a defender ran over and picked it off.  One of the worst throws I ever saw.  His arm just wasn’t the same after the injury and surgery.  All that to say, that’s what almost every Bryce throw to the sidelines looks like to me.
    • And again, when watching him in college he had one distinct trait that I feel makes a franchise QB - on those plays when everything breaks down around him, he creates one on his own.  He doesn’t rely on or need everyone else.  That play last night on the final drive where he was getting sacked and threw it to Diggs before his knee hit the ground?  He does similar things all the time.  Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, etc., they all do it.  It’s what made Cam so special. but we picked a guy that’s the opposite of that.  He desperately needs someone else to make a play for him because he can’t.  Even that play yesterday on 4th down to Horn.  That wasn’t a great pass.  The defender was late and came down to make a play in the ball and Bryce threw it high and outside where Horn had to leave his feet and really use strong hands to catch it.  We relied on a 5’9” rookie playing in his first pro game to make THAT catch at THAT time bc of the early turnovers and a not great throw.  Crazy.
    • This thread is dumb. But I do think canales gets too cute with play calling and I don't think he's a good coach
