AJ Green or Nick Fairley

Im leaning towards A.J. Green actually but The FA wrs arent gangster scrubs like u think.

Wr: Sidney Rice, Vincent Jackson, Steve Smith, NYG, Santonio Holmes, Donald Driver, Mike Sims-Walker, Steve Breaston,, Malcolm Floyd, Jacoby Jones, James Jones, Brian Finneran, Lance Moore.

Most of those are thugs or scrubs lol.

Jackson, Breaston and Smith OK. Moore possibly but he has had ankle and hamstring injuries, although having a good season this year helps one think he is over it, Brees is throwing to him though so his stats are inflated. The saints probably let him leave and the Giants won't let smith leave and I don't think Breaston would leave Arizona.

So Jackson really is it, maybe I am being too picky but without Smitty we have no #1.

rice-injury

holmes- drugs, steroidd

driver- nice but old as f**k

Sims walker- not #1 material

Floyd -wtf is like 100 years old

jones- hasn't done anything, 500 yards a season (if that) for four seasons. sounds like another Jarrett, got arrested for DUI

james jones- mediocre

Finneran- lol why even mention him old as hell and is mediocre

i think the people who want to shy away from taking an offensive guy are afraid of winning. stuck in the Fox mentality. it's a new decade now, guys. offense wins championships.

I agree. The more weapons the offense has, the more the defense has to cover now days. We need more weapons, especially because we will not have a franchise QB.

Green is the pick to get. He is 2nd highest rated WR since Randy Moss(Calvin Johnson being number 1). Smith only has a few more years on his contract, and when it's up he will be 35. So most likely he will be retired or very close to it. They say it takes 2 years to develop a WR. This would be perfect. Gettis, Lafell, and Edwards would have 3-4 years under their belt, and Green would have 2-3 years under his. And when you look at it realistically, do you ever see Gettis or Lafell being a number 1 WR? No, but they could be really good number 2 and 3 WR's. It's a win/win from a lot of different angles. Depth, the future, Qb development, offensive firepower, replacement for Smith.

Malcolm Floyd is like 100 years old. (almost 40)

his little brother Malcom Floyd (Chargers) isn't.

yea I was looking at his brother. I honestly thought he was as old as SMitty but he is a couple years younger. I guess he could be an option, I'd rather have Jackson from SD though, Rivers needs to work his magic.

pretty sure you are right.. somehow a 12th ranked defense with one of the best defensive minds means DT is more important as a TEAM.. when in fact, we can address this in FA.. I'm not so sure the WR FA's won't sign with their respective teams since they are THE main guy on their offenses..

people think if you have 2 WRs, you're fine.. we have 3.. 1 won't be here forever. You need 4 decent WRs for a real aggressive offense.
