My Plan to Draft Luck Next Year

Matthias

If Luck wanted to play here, he would have come out this year. I don't know why people continue to act like he wanted to play here. We very well could be the reason, the LONE reason, he went back to Stanford considering the coaching turnover and the fact that he has nothing left to prove there.

He should be getting slagged around here for ducking us, but some people still want him. It's nuts.

Like others have said...... the Panthers are NOT the reason Luck stayed in school. He stayed in school because college is fun as hell, he is the king on campus, and you only get to have that kind of experience once in life.

you just have to accept we have one of the softest, most emotional fanbase. take everything so personal, and come up with some of the most outlandish, childish ideas(this thread for example).

if we draft defense with the 1st overall and keep clausen in as QB we will wind up in the top 5 again. should be better choices then, even if luck isn't available.

i agree, next year is the year of the QB for us. lets continue to build a strong defensive core to win a fuging championship with.

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
