I hope he comes back. He's the one coach I wanted the Panthers to retain.

I wanted Brian Baker and Richard Smith back. Would have been okay with Jeff Rodgers and Dave Magazu as well.

I do think this new bunch will be a better staff overall though (hopefully starting at the top).
