Chicken Wing Question

I've come to really like using that Vietnamese chili sauce that comes in the plastic bottle with the green top for my wings. With some garlic added as well.

I like grilling them but my wife likes baking them to absolute death.

Sriracha or whatever? We have that at work, I usually put it in stuff and create concoctions. Yesterday I had Sriracha cup o noodles.

I prefer Texas Pete tho.

Do not coat them with sauce until they are fully cooked. Bake or grille them for around 8-10 mins each side if they are frozen. Take them out and put them in a large bowl and let them cool for 2-3 mins. Toss with sauce afterwards and eat. If you coat them before they are done cooking, they will come out soggy.
