Don't know if I'd describe Todd Wash as having "heavy" ties but he does have ties.

Depending on title and contract situations, Gus Bradley Could be an option. He's currently listed as the "Assistant Head Coach for Defense" in San Francisco although Saleh is the game day DC.

Wash was Bradley's DC when Bradley was head coach of the Jags.
