I think adding weapons for Bryce doesn’t imply in R1.

I think they’re still eyeing a TE like Njoku or Waller. I also think a speedy/shifty WR can be found on day 2, which would be fine by me as the WR room is still a work in progress.

He missed his target. If you raise his target trying to get in the area of where he had been missing then you are chasing yesterday’s calculations.

The new target is higher, and will now be missed by the same amount until/unless you fix the delivery mechanism. 
 

Cam won’t be a HOF but he could have been if he had gotten his mechanics straight. 

Cam tried his hardest to get more accurate, just one of his weakness. George Whitfield was his personal QB for years and he is a QB guru.....he could not help Cam and he's one of the all-time best. Panthers fired Ken Dorsey, he goes to the bills as QB coach. After years of not "fixing" Cam, he "fixes" Allen into a MVP.

Not for trying the team and Cam himself tired, sometimes its not in the life plan. But a accurate Cam would have been a cheap code. 

Gettlegut knew this and was trying to help in the way he thought since Cam was limited in comp%. He sure did look accurate in 2015 with subpar WRs, then the injuries and QB power run took effect. So many what ifs.......I blame Ron for many, he should have gotten better offense coaches around Cam.....the last yr with Norv was too late as the LB hits and shoulder for TJ watt and him running down a Benj give up ball tackle...his body was going going....
