Rivera is playing the game right now no doubt. One thing that I see Rivera as however, is a straight shooter. I think his Cam interest honest & legitimate. He's not dumb, he'd be open to a good trade too IMO.

He's also said he has charisma and charm and basically implied he enjoyed interviewing him and he rarely spares a chance to ask a question about him to our higher ups.

Whether he knows he's a #1 QB or not has nothing to do with if he likes him or not.
