Gross has really only had one great year, and that was last season. Sure, he was good in the past but not to the point that anyone would have considered paying him like a top 5 tackle. Some people on here act like he's irreplaceable.

Nobody is saying he is irreplaceable. The fact is, it's easier to replace one a DE, than it would be to have to replace the DE and the LT.

But I understand, yall just want some reason to hang Fox. This way, you create yet another issue that you'd end up blaming on the front office.
