this is the only major moves we will make this offseason.. and we all pretty much know it.. besides this KEY move, we will not make anything else happen this offseason.. so until it happens, this is all we can focus on..

we cant focus on other FAs until this is handled.. we cant focus on the Draft because we dont know if we will have to find a LT, DE or both.. theres always the possibility of a Peppers/(Other Player Here) Trade.. this is the determining factor as to what our offseason will look like.. after the chips fall, we will all have a pretty solid idea of what we will do in the draft and FA..

I'm very confident in our front office about making everything work. They'll find a way to tag and trade Peppers and sign Gross to a long term deal. Peppers wants out and Gross still wants to play here and I could never see Peppers just walk away for no compensation at all. It's just a matter of time, and as someone mentioned before, this off-season has been very low key.

I agree totally. The major point here is.......if your not correct there will be quite a few in the Panthers Org. looking for work soon.

    • Here in lies the rub that the supporting posters continue to ignore. He wasn’t a 2nd round pick in the 2025 class, especially with an ACL tear. It was a dumb pick for any GM who looks ahead to determine values. C and CB were much better values than an injured RB in 2024. If a RB isn’t even playing much in 2024, you have to compare him to 2025. We’re beating a dead horse but only because the defense of the pick is almost comical at this point. We’ve made a ton of poo picks and moves/non trades while Morgan was GM and the assistant GM. It happens, we don’t have to jump through hoops to act like we just had some really bad luck. The 2025 draft class is unknown so far but damn it felt way better afterwards for the first time in a long time. Embrace the potential and stop stamping guaranteed on the box of poo of the 2018-2024 drafts. We are were we aware because of them and 2025 has to hit so we can get past the 7 win max in 7 year hurdle.
    • Oh for those tired of the Mannings I have bad news, Peytons son Marshal already has college teams after him and he isn't even in HS until this fall...   I'd wager we have two Mannings in the NFL in 2030
