First thing I thought was the 2001 Panthers - 1-15

That season never happened. It's only an urban legend.

(same goes for last year)

Now that I look at it, 02 was Houston's first year - that might be why.

Yea it's the most modern format. 32 teams.

2 things that jump out to me:

1 Team in the NFC has won more than 85 games vs. 4 in the AFC

The only 2 teams with 20 more wins than losses in the NFC are Philly, and GB.

2002 is a good basis because that was the first year with 32 teams and the current division alignment.
