I finished season 3 last night. The greatly hyped red wedding didn't even phase me because I thought Robb and his mother were boring characters. The saddest part was seeing his fine ass wife get stabbed.

Wtf?  Why is that spear so short and thin (no homo)?  Not how I pictured it at all.  Oberyn fought the Mountain with a great spear.....not some bitch ass tooth pick.  The Mountain could use that poo for a toothpick.

Nowhere in that description does it mention him wielding what amounts to a brown tampon like that picture shows.

I think it is plenty long. Besides I have been told the size of your spear doesn't matter, it is how you toss it.

That spear is still too short and thin; that is not the kind of spear you take to a fight with someone almost 8 ft tall who wields a 6 and a half foot great sword.  The whole point of him using the spear is to keep Gregor at distance and equalize the reach advantage.....and any woman who says size doesn't matter is either a liar or has never dealt with anything but pencil sticks.  They only say that if they don't want to hurt some guys feelings.  Better to roll deep; this counts for both death matches and life.
