this is what you get when you leave it up to fans. i wouldn't have a problem with hillis on the cover at all. i actually think it would be great. but vick. holy hell. yeah you did your time. you've apologized. but i still think it's disgusting. one of the worst experiences of my life was two years ago on the way back to atlanta from ocean isle. we take a longer, more scenic way back through eastern south carolina to get back to 95 and then 20. long story shoprt, as we drove through lake view on highway 9, we passed six pit bulls in various states of mutilation in about a 1/2 mile stretch. one was dead, one was sitting beside the dead one hanging on for its life, and the other four were staggering through the middle of the roads. one was predominantly white but at that time entirely red. we stopped and tended to these dogs until the police, fire department, and animal control came. there were probably twenty or so people that gathered on their front porches to watch these city folk take care of these dogs that someone had dumped. it was clearly a part of the culture there, and they didn't look like they cared one bit. this included two teenagers. sorry for the rant, as if the dogfighting topic hasn't been discussed ad nauseum. but yeah, my vote is for peyton hillis.
