Bumpin this thread when Panthers lose for the first time next year and people start calling Hurney a bum and that the Panthers fanbase wont be nothing but a "whine and cheese" crowd with Richardson as owner.

LOVED Spoonie, but paying him as a MLB and playing him there was questionable.

McCree was an average... average... average S. A "JAG" (just a guy).

That's part of what makes a FO good...knowing when to get rid of a guy and what his real value is to the NFL and to their team. They've had their misses in FA and the draft, they've gotten themselves into some questionable contract issues but they have done better the past few years.
