We do not need to be mortgaging our future again...

We should be trading down into the middle third and picking up an extra second for next season.

I would gladly trade our 3rd round pick this year for a future 2nd. We picked up Hardy and Gettis past the 3rd round. Look at how Belichick stocks up picks and runs the draft each year. I don't know why they never cash in on their stockpile of picks, but if he wanted he could have had any player he wanted in this draft.

I want the Panthers to have that opportunity.

Hurney said he's going to keep all options open but trading future picks is not likely on his ESPN segment a few minutes ago. He Feels like there will be some good players on both sides of the ball that are on our board that could fall to us.

I feel like Miles Austin could potentially fall to us...I know he's got to be kicking him self for being such an idiot. He cost himself millions. Then again I have a bad feeling about D linemen from UNC...

Did he quit the Cowboys and force his way back into the draft....

I assume you meant Marvin Austin, not Miles Austin.

If Armanti had panned out, this wouldn't even be an issue.

Yes it would because the draft currency given up for a 4th or 5th round player was too much.

AE could become the next Steve Smith and it is still a bad trade for the simple fact that AE would have been available in the 4th.

Coulda shoulda but I'm more pissed at the possibility of us being able to trade down and acquiring more picks if we had pick #33 and still get our guy.

UGHHH

Yea the 33rd pick is no doubt going to get traded with Dalton, Kaepernick, Bowers, Williams, Ayers etc etc on the board still....
