This texting and driving poo has got to stop

There I was leaving the parking lot of an Wendy's when I see a early 20's female driving and texting! here eyes weren't even on the road! her arms were on the wheels while her hands were facing the window with her phone, then to top it off she was in a van with at least 3 KIDS! It made me pissed.

They should have those stoplight cameras catch people in the act and fine them $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second, etc.

Some stupid bitch about ran into me today doing that. She got up ahead of me and someone else zipped around her, obviously frustrated, and when I passed her she was throwing up her hands at the other driver. Drag them out of the car and beat them senseless. It's the only way texter/drivers will learn.

What about at a stop sign or stop light?

If I'm in a rural area ill just sit a stop sign for a while unless somebody pulls up behind me

Well that's okay, you are at a stand still in and area where traffic isn't heavy.

As long as you aren't at a busy intersection. Can't tell you how many stoplights I've had to sit through because some jackass couldn't be bothered to look up.

Same. If I want to text while im driving I can do it without looking ...and most people who have smartphones now can set it.up so you can speak your text messages. U don't need to be typing or even looking at it if you have a car dock.

Charlotte had the red light cameras and.I know they got rid.of.it bc.it was too expensive.

I do not need to be entertained every second of my life. I rarely even talk on the phone while driving, usually only when I'm expecting an important call and even then I'll usually pull off.

There was a young girl texting while driving on the highway behind our house the week before last, she ran off the road and hit our neighbors culvert. I didn't see it happen but I was outside at the time and I heard it. It sounded like she hit a brick wall. She was pretty shaken up but was ok, she was lucky.

      Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.

      Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
