Moose asks him about football criticisms. Asks him what he has to do to improve to compete with Brees, Manning, etc.

He says he asks himself "Can I do the things that Brees can do, Can I do the things Freeman can do?"

But then he asks "Can they do what I can do?"

He says his challenge is to learn how to emulate the great QBs, and improve upon their methods. Wants to be a DC's nightmare.

Moose asked if he can be a starter.

Says he will have to battle for the starting postion, and if he gets it, wants to earn it for the respect of his teammates.

Moose asks Cam how he will take harsh coaching.

Cam said he's used to this, as his father was a tough coach. Says that this helps him get in front of 50,000 people and perform.

Frank asks about the #2 Jersey.

Cam said with the lockout he isn't sure how it will all work out. Says he doesn't HAVE to have it. But #2 relates to him being the second born son.

Asked about his number next year and he laughed. Said he hasn't been putting that much effort to it, and understands the media has to sell something. Said he doesn't have to wear number 2 but he has a reason behind it, his mother calls his two brothers and himself by their numbers and he is the number 2 son. He'd like to have it but its not the end of the world if he doesn't get it.

Interview was over and then Cam asked Moose what can be the difference between a team that goes to the Super Bowl like the Panthers in 03 and a team that went 2-14. Moose says everyone has to accept their roles and want to be the best they can be.

Cam asks Moose about the 2003 Panther's Superbowl run. Asks him:

As a player coming into this league, what differentiates a 2-14 team, versus a Superbowl team?

Moose: Every person on that team has to sacrifice what they want for what is needed. Everyone has to buy into what the team is doing. Says Cam will have to be a strong leader of the team.
