Awesome.

First of all he got me this job when I had no other offers coming out of college. Then on top of that, he got me a starting salary probably $10,000 more a year than I was expecting. So I've always told him I'd always go the extra mile for him out of appreciation, and I have.

But also, the guy's just cool. A couple time a month he'll let me leave the office early so we can go grab a few drinks at the bar.

And on top of it all, he's funny as hell. I was travelling on business Monday and tuesday, and one of the other managers asked me to provide regular status updates of where I was so they could track the cargo I was carrying. I gavce a couple, then my boss added:

"Captroop – Please start using very cryptic and nonsensical code words just for fun."

I love my boss.

Is also a dirty butthurt muslim who watches gay pornos on a regular basis.

sounds somewhat familiar without the muslim part.

I heard biscuit's boss is a complete douche tho:D

My boss is retired military who has the reputation of not liking white folks at all. (that statement is not intended to start any debate on race. It is a fact that is how he is perceived by those who work under him.)He lacks social skills and rarely speaks to subordinates in the hallway. That being said he has always had my back and has looked out for me at review time. I am the polar opposite of an ass kisser and he told me that he appreciates that quality. I don't have any real problems with him but I can see where others on the team definitely does.

      My tailoring green idea was not for him to be the starter but to add some value beyond just a developmental quarterback I think size speed is something Bryce doesn't have he has those and would immediately feel the fourth and one package and possibly red zone and some power packages for us

      Do you have against Willis I believe you're around when we have the draft with corral and Willis were on the board and me personally I was banging the table for Willis as early as round one but a lot of people thought corral was better but it's amazing with a little coaching and time can do with me I always go with potential and upside versus oh the guy just plays football you know sometimes that's not enough

      I know or needs and this probably isn't with a lot of people want but if he's available at 19 I don't think you can discount that he would be the best player on the board I think with 43 speed he's as fast as leggette. 63240 something he would stretch the field  Strike fear over the middle of opposing linebackers and also probably cure our long time history of no serviceable tight end since Greg Olsen I think a lot of needs like tackle maybe linebacker could be filled and free agency to the point like they did last year where we fix a lot of this and draft the best player we can on the board.  After his combine and the numbers in the 43-in vertical I'm not sure that he will be available but if he is I bet that he's highly considered what say you
