That was media hype, just hoping and praying a electrifying player such as Newton wouldnt end up in the Carolinas. The media knew that anyone with Qb needs with the number one pick was gonna take Cam, I mean what were we gonna do pick Peterson and get fuggin Kolb? Thats what espn hoped. They would have loved to see Cam go to a "real" team like the vikes or cowgirls.
