Only 2 active QB's for a AZ game per Person

Yep.

There will be no official number two this season.

If Cam plays every snap-Lord willing he does unless we're blowing them out of the water-then we may not ever find out who that number "two" is.

Especially if practices are closed.

My guess is that Rivera will work both of them with the second team throughout the year, and whoever would come in to replace Cam will depend on the game situation. If it's a close game, it's Anderson, if we are dominating it'll be Jimbo.

Not sure I would expect this. They have to declare their inactives before the game, so if the idea is to carry an extra wideout, one of the three will be declared inactive pre-game.

Nanee and Edwards can both play 3rd QB in the unlikely event the top two guys go down. Not like the Jimmy would be leading us to victory in that situation anyway.

If I understand this right, Anderson can still be there even though he isn't active. All it means is that he doesn't dress out for the game. He can still be on the sidelines talking to Cam. If that's the case, don't be surprised to see Jimmy as the "official" number 2.

God I hope DA is the #2.

If Cam gets injured or really sucks, I have confidence that DA can run this team.

JC has shown zero ability to do that.

      There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.

      Sounds like Veesaar is entering the draft. He could always test the waters and pull out and return but without him our big men look like a serious liability. Better do something in the portal. If they don't do something about this portal madness my days as a college sports fan are probably numbered. This bullshit of having a nearly entirely new team every season is gonna get old fast.
