That's the thing. It. Like you said, I don't know what the hell "it" is, but some folks have it and some don't. He does. There will be bumps in the road, but dang the future feels good. As excited as I can get about his future after one game against an average team, I'm there and then some.

Completely agree, I just want steve smith to win a super bowl he deserves it but i feel like the new Cam era is going to happen after steve is gone, but maybe just maybe steve is a competitor and im sure he will play better then most A List WR till hes to old to run

Steve has plenty left. I'm not even thinking about the end for him. It's just the beginning of another chapter. A 3-4 year long chapter.

    • Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.
    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
