Patriots, WR Galloway reach deal

NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi confirms that WR Joey Galloway has agreed to a deal with the New England Patriots.

Terms of the deal weren’t immediately known, and no official announcement was expected Saturday night.

Indeed. He has had 7 seasons where he did not play all 16 games, one of those he only played one. So his body isn't too beat up. In my opinion 97' was his best year in the Hawk Blue But remember, 2 years ago he had a 1000+ yard season.

Joey is still good...............and the Pats know how to use their players, he won't play many plays per game(probably around 25-30) so he won't wear out and get worn down.

Plus he can still stretch the field.

Don't think NE intends him to wear that hat either. Pretty sure they know what they're doing and he'll be a good fit.
