- Hard to know what to expect from Cam bc of the lockout. But what hes done is unbelievable. Great work ethic, preparation, leadership ability. For a young guy he's really amazing

-Coach Chud/Rivera did a great job tweaking the system for the players. Great oline & continuity, blitz protection has been good. Lots of good pieces around.

-Great relationship w/ Shockey, loves working with him and they work very well together.

-No hard feelings left from being traded. Didn't really sit well at first, but knew he had a fresh start here. Great energy in Carolina and in the locker room. He's excited to be part of the team

we all knew cam's physical attributes, we were all impressed by mental approach - preparation, ability to see the whole field, leadership qualities

chud has done a good job tweaking philosophy based on our personnel

o-line has been great for a long time in carolina and has obviously helped cam

lots of good pieces and this alleviates some pressure

said it's been a great relationship with shockey especially because they play the same snaps most of the time with two TEs and going five wide, great to have each other around to learn from and be able to pick him brain

bruschi said "i'm trying to wrap my mind around why a team would let you go." olsen said he's beyond that, thought he put in four good years, and while it doesn't sit well getting released he was excited about the fresh start in carolina

great atmosphere in carolina and great atmosphere in the locker room. it's exciting to be here.

and that's it. good note to end on.

i'm just gonna be a few seconds behind dpantherman and post the same thing as him for the rest of night if that's okay with everyone

Swag and pi for u as well. I always try to recognize people who actually post news and articles. It's not always reciprocated, but it won't stop me from rewarding those who use this site as it was intended.

    • The panthers are such a trash organization at this point that all the huddle can do is argue about which panthers team is historically the worst…good times.
    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
