What will happen to this team after J. Richardson?

JR is not owner of 100% of the team. Closer to 50% which would pass on to his heirs. There may eve be agreements in place with the other owners that they good first crack at any sales of the team (or parts of the team). The team isn't going anywhere.

Yea, but I understand the curiosity, it's a very interesting question. Things will either change immensely or creeply stay exactly the same, maybe even to a fault, maybe not.

JR has plans for his succession I have no doubt. He wouldn't put the team in jeopardy because the Panthers are his lasting legacy. I have no clue as to what he has put in place, but I'm sure that when that day comes the Panthers will stay in Charlotte..
