It's the same scenario as what happened to the Jets, world killers for the last 2.5 years and now look at them.

Nah, the Jets have always struggled to make the playoffs. Remember they did lose 3 straight twice one of these 2 years they made the playoffs. I doubt they make it this year, Sanchez is just not very good.

it is impressive for a team with such youth at QB etc but frankly it doesn't make us any better of a team compared to the rest of the league...

Okay...back to reality though.

Right now, we aren't hard to stop. We can't score points but damnit our fantasy owners will love the Panthers.

Well, reality would suggest you just can't acknowledge what this team is.....

Redzone takes time for a rookie...team is moving the ball at will.....and hit a road block in the redzone. baby steps....but getting there so easy is great start for a young QB.

Moving the ball isn't that impressive considering the teams we've played so far only have 1 defense in the top half of the league in terms of yards given up and that's the Jags.

Why the fug do we discuss the freaking Niners?

Next year they are bad again with no QB. Next year we still have our franchise QB. A great D only take you so far, a great QB is what wins championships year in year out. Its a lot harder to find a great QB than finding a great D and that is why I still cant get my arms down after the first 6 weeks.

But with Miami going down the drain, Niners is now TRDs team.

Not since the Ravens has a D carried a team to the Lombardi. Every other team had a franchise QB. A team can win a Lombardi without a great D that will never happen nowadays without a franchise QB.

And with so few games we have a far amount to do with where they rank......for example the Bears.....do you know how far back in their history you have to go to find a team that put up more yards?

I mean there r 5 teams averaging over 400 yards a game.....are opponents have faced several of those. Too early to play this stat game......too early to play the stat game.....too early to know if a d just stinks or if they just caught the teams that can move the ball early on

Well, they have a vet QB who has picked up a new offense every year of his career so I think that is one advantage. He is also a more traditional QB which probably aids knowing what they going to do....plus there is a lot of film in regards to what he can and can't do at this level.

Their coach has all of there defensive playmakers.....I say that is another advantage.

but you see what you want.....and we all know what that is....plus your boy is about to be on MNF
