Not at all you got a day one starter and Nick squirting in the second round last year so how's the top 19 player a frig starter? I think rounds one and two you're looking at opening day starters potentially -
Y'all are acting like Walker is a All-Pro on a 4 year deal. He's a rent-a-tackle on a one-year deal that got past over in FA until we snagged him. There are worse things than having a $4M back up left tackle if he gets beat out. Even if he doesn't get beat out by a hypothetical LT rookie, at least said rookie wouldn't get thrown to the wolves and can be eased into the League. Walker also has a injury history. Who says he stays healthy all season? -

He specifically didn't say LB. I'd make note of that. Very well could indicate that's the target position.Â
