Actually the Pats are eating most of it. But whatever he's being paid is too much based off of what hes done or the past 3 seasons. We'll see.

Hyperbole FTW. It was a high-risk/high-reward type thing if we brought him in... It was high risk because you could potentially hurt the locker room or team development slightly if he comes in and is a douche... So, there were plenty of reasons and history to not want to sign him... I was just suggesting that it could be a great signing if he finally did the right things. No biggie.

Now, drafting Armanti in the 2nd round...

that's a good thing since this guy has literally been a worthless pile for the past 3 seasons

I hope all you "experts" are correct because now he will be exactly where he wants to be, playing a Warren Sapp type role. I dont blame the Panthers for not wanting to pick up his contract though.
