Should Tebow success get under Cam's skin

First off their isnt any facts to support this, but if I was Cam it would bother me. The Golden Calf of Bristol has been putting up horrible stats and yet keeps winning somehow.(well he has had onside kicks and defense scores to help him). Meanwhile Cam has been playing better then any rookie qb ever and not getting the wins. He says many times he doesnt care about stats just wins. Cam couldnt get the starting job from The Golden Calf of Bristol in Fl and now he is still in the shadow with the media.

Well I doubt this affects Cam becuase he is the professional and im just a rabid fan. It still bothers me that The Golden Calf of Bristol won agaisnt the jets with a 9-20 completions! Plus he won a couple weeks ago completing 2 passes. I hate to say it but its the team letting Cam down, Hopefully next year the other phases of the team will play at Cam's level. wewe

    • Good review of the roster from some more neutral observers. They were not very high on the offense.
    • Also comparing the first 12 picks to the  rest of the draft is a silly comparison, 12 chances vs 245 chances to hit on a player.
    • The NFL is about parity.  There are few teams in the upper tier and a few bottom dwelling teams every season, every other team is in the middle. This version of the Panthers can be a fringe playoff team if, BIG IF, things goes their way.  First off health.  This goes for every team. It takes a special club to overcome a rash of injuries and still get into the playoffs.  Secondly, timing.  The Panthers have to catch a good team on a short week, with key injuries or some disruption to their team dynamic--like a dome team in the rain, for example.  Lastly, luck.  In order for the Panthers to get over the hump, things have to go their way in 2-3 games.  Things like a controversial call in our favor,  a DC going into prevent defense most of the 4th quarter, a fortunate (for us) turnover by the opposition while trying to seal a win etc...  This will be the difference in a 6 win Panthers team and 9 win squad this season.  I can't see us lower than 6 wins (short of the wheels completely falling off) because they roster has been getting better or higher than 9 wins simply due to Bryce's ceiling.
