these penalties have stalled quite a few drives but I like a guy, especially a rook, stalling a drive with holding or hands to face than turning a vet DE loose on Cam and him taking a hit or floating another pick. Posting the # of penalties is like watching the box score instead of the game. I'd take 13 false starts over 1 personal foul on 4th and two miles.
