Do people not get that The Golden Calf of Bristol has only really "won" one game and that was last week... Defense has won games and The Golden Calf of Bristol takes credit

But that's not the issue.... You can look back and see I have never made one post that was "pro The Golden Calf of Bristol". The thing is the fashion in which they are winning these games with improbable scenarios and miraculous plays at the end of just about every game.

now some teams do have overall team wins this season...Like the 49ers and their team wins... ravens and their teams wins... But they don't win in these bazaar fashions... That's what makes this different and unexplainable.

bottom line tebows team plays for HIM and rallies because of HIM. The man has control of the team and they would do anything for him. Good for The Golden Calf of Bristol/fox.

And what suggests our team doesn't? How many times have you heard and read that they rally behind Cam? Again, don't be stupid.

Footballisasport, this message board is a tiny fraction of our fanbase. Id say the majority of our fans are genuinely behind Newt 100% and arent swayed away by flavor of the week QBs like some here. Do not let a few whiners on this board fool you, we are going to build a TEAM in Carolina and arent expecting our star QB to always do all the heavy lifting.

are there morons out there really saying The Golden Calf of Bristol is better than Cam? take a look at how much each guy throws. take a look at their roster and their schemes. Which defense is better? This week was the first game where Cam had a major part in our loss, but dont let it make you stupid. The Golden Calf of Bristol and his team are clicking. Our team still has problems

The Golden Calf of Bristol is not a better QB than Cam, lets get that straight first off.

Secondly, you cannot deny the fact that Cams production declines sharply during the second half and the 4th quarter especially. The Golden Calf of Bristol for whatever reason does spike drastically in the 4th quarter.

Today for example our defense stepped up and was playing well, and Cam/Chud tag teamed the destruction of the game.

well, this season we certainly are expecting him to.

First and 5 in the red zone and we have 4 straight passes.

We have 2 of the best running backs in the game and we don't even look for them. I mean, why should we when we can go to the red-hot LEGATRON?

meh. whatever. Chud needs to learn to lean on some of our other star players.

We're 8th in points per game. Our offense usually does enough to win the game. Today was not the norm. Denver is ranked 20th. Their defense and minimal mistakes is what helps them. Our defense and penalties are what hurt us along with occasional retardness from Chud. We're not clicking yet.

Yup and we may very well be first in points if Cam and the offense came to play in the second half of games.

We'd be in the playoff hunt if the defense came to play this year. The offense has been doing their part.

I totally agree, you need a very solid defense when your offense only plays 1 half of games.

So by that notion if we had that, yes we'd be in the playoff hunt.

Listen I know how bad the defense is, it goes without saying at this point, we have 8 starters who wouldn't even be playing on another NFL team.

This fact has nothing to do with the offense not coming out of the locker room after halftime.
