So Right now...Peyton or Eli?

You have got to realize, unlike Peyton, who was given free reign to mold a team the way he wanted. Eli is part of a franchise with some history. Unlike his brother, Eli has to be part of that legacy and not try to re-invent the wheel with the Giants.

I always felt Eli was equal to his brother but it's clear who the media choose and Eli had to play second fiddle.

Based on what?

Its funny, you miss one season and everyone forgets about you.

In the postseason

Peyton: 435/692 63% 28tds 19ints 87.6 rtg W/L- 9/10

Eli: 157/258 61% 14tds 8ints 90.4 rtg W/L 6/3

BTW, Peyton was 3-6 in his first 9 playoff games.

Oh please, you're telling me the Giants would be the worst team in the league without Eli Manning? Because that is certainly the case for the Colts.

So the Giants win how many games with who ever is the back up in NY?

All I'm saying is, compare the 9 playoff game performances. I'm not talking about just the wins and losses. Look at the numbers. Theres not a big gap like everyone assumes. Eli has come though big when it counts.

I'm not talking about the regular season, because I'll NEVER win that debate. I'm talking about the PLAYOFFS.

When Peyton was coming up, the AFC defenses was hella dominant compared to NFC teams. The AFC was better then

Well I guess you guys will take Romo over Eli as well. Because his regular season numbers are outstanding

me, no. i would take Eli over Romo, though it's close. i just said in their prime, i take Peyton Manning over Eli. now, today, i take Eli because of Peyton's neck, but in their prime. i take Peyton.
