Watching the Senior Bowl?

I can see what people mean about Coples motor. He seems to disappear at times, but he does come up with timely plays. I personally think that Curry looks like the best Dlineman in this game. (I realize this is just one game) but he playing the best in this all-star game.

Edit: Coples is still playing hard at the end of the game.. he seemed to get better the whole game.

Criner looks really good.

criner may be the best wr at the game. he looks to be the guy that will stick in the league for a long long time. good hands, good route runner. would be a fantastic pickup, but i am thinking the guy goes after us in the 2nd and before our 4th. i am thinking he is working into the late 2nd relm or 3rd. he was a stud in 2010 and like all of zona had a down year. his issue will be speed, no more no less. guy understands how to be a wr and gives his best. i want him as the #2 here, but alas i think he will be gone too soon (and i dont think he is worth an early 2nd round grade at this point).

adams will be a guy that booms or busts imo. its easy to see his athleticism here, and i think that makes him show more at this level than he will at the next. broyles, depending on the injury, is the guy i really want in carolina. had to be the ACL too. maybe he will drop to our 4th now (dreaming i know) as he would be worth the risk honestly (and other teams likely would agree).

Broyles is projected in the 6th round now. I like him too.

Criner reminds me of Miles Austin a bit. Not fast, but manages to get good separation and sure hands. Just a big physical guy.

Markelle Martin finally records a stat.. TFL. Have not heard his name much today. Personally I think Allen from South Carolina has looked like the better safety. I liked Markelle just a little bit more going into this game.

no way broyles last till then. yeah the guy got injured but that wont stop a teams from evaluating the recovery and taking him where he should go. bowers had questions and went 2nd round, mcgahee went 1st with a nasty knee injury. broyles shows that he is on the road to a sound and 100% recovery he will never last past the 4th. he is the perfect slot guy for a team that runs a lot of 3wr sets. hell he could be the next welker/smitty.

would love austin miles, like i want criner.

    • Yes, more recently. The way duke fans act you'd think they'd won five of the last ten or something crazy when they've actually won zero if the last ten. They haven't even even played in a championship ship game in the last decade. Carolina has played in three. For all the elite NBA talent that has come through Durham, duke is in a woeful championship drought. Duke fans used to talk all kinds of poo about how Carolina failed to win titles with Stackhouse/Wallace and Carter/Jamison and honestly they had a point. We should've gotten a title or two out of those teams. But man, duke's current run of elite talent with no titles puts that to shame.
    • LOL, what? No one has said anything close to that.
    • In response to mailbag questions about drafting a center from Observer, Zietlow gives this infO  From Alex The Panthers, after all, aren’t going to be as stacked with interior offensive linemen who can be converted into centers as they were last year. Cade Mays is already gone to Detroit. Austin Corbett moved on to Buffalo. Brady Christensen might still come back, but his future is murky too … and he ruptured his Achilles five months ago.   Keylan Rutledge. The guard out of Georgia Tech has received high marks in the pre-draft process, and if he drops to the Panthers at No. 51 somehow, they should take him. He worked at guard and center during the 2026 Senior Bowl.   Jake Slaughter. The 6-foot-5, 303-pound center out of Florida really impressed at the NFL Scouting Combine in February, notably with a 5.1-second 40-yard dash time. He’s a center by trade, and coach Dave Canales likes athletic centers who can get to the second level of the defense. Slaughter is projected to be a third- or fourth-round pick.   Billy Schrauth. Another draft, another Notre Dame draft pick?At least, it’s possible with Schrauth, the 6-foot-5, 310-pound interior offensive lineman and team captain. He spent most of his college career at guard, but reports indicate a transition to center would be easy for him. He’s projected to be a Day 3 pick.
