This quote is funny. It's interesting that with all the stealing and drug felonies, this man isn't in jail.

FYI, Jamacus Russell got arrested for using cough syrup illegally back in 2010 and folks are acting as if he's Ryan Leaf. While Ryan Leaf is not only using drugs, but he's stealing them and there is concern of him going to jail..
