Blackmon reminds me of a JStew version of a WR. Never goes down type of guy who seems quiet and reserved but turns into a beast on the field.

I think he will be good but not great. He doesn't have the same pedigree as Andre Johnson, Calvin, Larry Fitz, AJ Greene...

Honestly once Cam has another year or two under his belt we should just let him evaluate the type of receiver he wants, then get that guy. Once Cam has it all figured out any receiver will look good with him throwing the ball to them.
