Building For A Run In 2013?

Given this years draft and off season, and the new cap rules were unused cap rolls over to the next season I believe the front office is preparing to make a serious run in 2013 (I'm not saying we will not have a successful 2012 season)

That was a given, we will compete, the point is I believe they are gearing up for a real push (title run) starting in 2013.

Cap money spent has little bearing on roster performance. If anything, we need to save cap space for Cam's future contract.
