Motley Crue videos playing silently in a loop at a bar.

I'm at some Vince Neil owned bar in Vegas having a few beers before I meet some customers for dinner. They are playing Motley Crue videos, with no sound, on all the TVs. Nothing, and I mean nothing, reminds you how bad the 80s were than a silent Crue video.

Theres a new ad campaign out about labeling things as "ghey"

apparently some folks find it " offensive " and mean

Helloooooo.... Silent motley crüe videos here. Anyway, at Del Friscos bar now. Totally less ghey. Speaking of the ghey term, google Louis CK stand up about the term. Pretty funny.

Definition of ghey?

When you are hanging out at the beach, and a group of very hot sluts with huge tits, smoking hot asses, and overall knockout bodies come walking by and ask if you would like to join them in a game of strip poker back at their hotel room, and you don't even notice them because you have a dick in your mouth.

I don't know how using a word to describe a group of people and then using the same word as a disparaging adjective could be misconstrued as offensive.

I think ghey is being used more and more to describe something as "lame" vs. slander against a group of people. That's what the kids tell me, anyway.

    • Ravens mixing it up with a random Mark Andrew tush push last year isn't a similar situation.  Lamar has run QB sneaks his entire career.  And often instead of a traditional sneak will even employ a 4th and 1 direct snap to Lamar simply because of how athletic he is (which even Cam did a lot of) and let him pick his own holes.
    • height being an issue doesn't just mean batted balls.  You could argue Bryce minimizes batted balls by adopting other poor habits such as his jump passing and leaving the pocket.   As I said, there are plays you can point to where he clearly was blind to parts of the field/players....which kills plays and opportunity. Which actually means some of the shorter/hot throws when things break down are where his vision gets blocked (and he had below average production all around the line of scrimmage).   has he figured it out? I mean, he improved off a trainwreck start.  But Bryce Young since arriving in the league (even while figuring it out)......doesn't generate much offensive production vs his peers.  I just think his ceiling is low.   And that's not in the grand scheme what you want in the NFL.  I think he can develop into a serviceable QB, that will largely always been a middle of the pack or low end starter.
    • People make a lot of noise about his footwork and I think it is overblown. Whether he takes 3 steps backwards or 5 small steps doesn't matter as long as he ends up at the right depth and is in sync with  the receiver regarding timing. If he does that consistently who cares as long as he has a firm stable base as he delivers the ball. Which he does need to work on. However even that is somewhat overblown given that often QBs have to throw off balance or from different arm angles to fit the ball around defenders. He is considered very accurate so apparently it isn't hurting him that much.
