Forced To Take Sensitivity Class At Work

Ja Rhule

Called my jewish coworker/buddy a jew and after my asian friend got a speeding ticket I said "dang asian drivers...". And there some other things...

I'm the only foreigner in my company. I get abused way more. My nick name at work is Peggy... We exercise tough love at work.

wow mcdonald's has really embraced multicultural hiring

Damn Cantrell, your jokes are fugging terrible. McDonald's? Come dude, you can do better than that.

well see your "lol asian drivers am i right?" joke is basically the pinnacle of comedy so it's kinda hard to follow that one up

No, I look nothing like Peggy. Not yet at least.

And Cantrell, I'm getting married to an asian. That asian drivers thing ain't no joke.

Yeah, I don't know... I'm married to a woman, and she's the worst driver in the history of the world... don't know that race affects driving as much as sex does.

I'm a great driver, thank you very much

no tickets, no wrecks, I use my turn signal, I don't ride your ass (unless you ask :) rawr! ) I don't pull out in front of you unless I know I can speed up and not make you slow down...

I drive how I want other people to drive

OMG those are hilarious jokes. Obviously you just need to let your employer know that not only did they hire an employee, they hired a comedian to boot. If I've learned anything in my job it's that the management in corporate environments love cliched jokes involving racial stereotypes amongst their employees.

    • The aversion to tying up too much money in the ground game when it’s what’s winning us games is crazy to me. I get letting Rico walk if you think he’s easily replaceable but I don’t see many people arguing that, just applying an arbitrary salary cap based on what we think RBs are currently worth. I’d rather be stuck with Hubbard as an overpaid backup (not the worst one to have, mind you) than lose out on the most productive player on the offense personally.
    • Why do people keep saying things like “it’s not Young’s fault we spent so much to draft him”? Who cares if it’s his fault?  Nobody is saying send him to jail or anything.  People aren’t talking about blame for the decision to draft him, they’re talking about how bad he is as a QB and how we’d be much better with even an average QB.  Pointing out that we sunk a lot of resources into drafting him isn’t invalidated because he didn’t make that decision himself. Doesn’t matter whose fault that was, he’s still not playing like a QB who was drafted at all, much less one that cost two firsts, two seconds and a #1 WR.
