3-Row Suvs/minivans

Please make a case for an automobile that would comfortably seat at least 3 adults and two car seats.

Suddenly we're in need of a new car.

Sadly a minivan may be in our future.

We used to be one of those couples who looked down in disgust at minivan owners. Swore we'd never get one.

Now we own one and love it. Kids change that. The first time your little one can climb into the seat by themselves and look at you with that smile of satisfaction...yeah it's totally worth it.

Good Lord, Jase...don't get a Minivan!!!

I have a honda pilot that would fit all you need

I have the 3rd row that folds down as well

This'll be my wife's car... I'll still have my TS-sex.

So my dignity might remain intact if only for a little while.

Oh Ellen, it's totally different. Average height of an SUV floor is double that of a minivan, and for a toddler that's like the difference between a small hill and mount everest.

Built in entertainment systems, 2nd row captains chairs, more room in general, and car platform vs truck platform are some of the other reasons. You really don't see the value in one until you have kids, it's just that simple. At least it was for us

I know a couple who had to buy a minivan suddenly (they had twins on top of one kid already). The guy drives it, the wife refused. He calls it "the white car" never the "minivan" (he's a stay at home dad).

I have rented one to drive to FL the past couple of years (6 people plus luggage) and while yes they look terrible and chicks don't check me out when I'm driving one, they do serve a purpose and do it well.

I swore I'd never have a minivan, and then I bought one and loved it. There's so much more room in one than in an suv, and the back seats are much more comfortable. It was great for going on trips, too. They are much easier to get in and out of.

    • lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.

    • Ryabkin could be the steal of the draft, he was a Top 10 pick heading into last season and had a rough year.  Lots of GMs passed on him because of that and his workouts. Pick has really high upside and Svech should be able to translate Rod tearing his arse a new one for making dumb plays since Svech has had several years of it.  🤣😂
